"The cottage was very clean upon arrival and you can tell they are meticulous with their maintenance of the property. Beds were all comfortable and bathroom was well stocked with towels & tp. "Our son graduated from SUNY Oswego and we wanted to be close to his frat house. The location was terrific. We were able to walk to my son’s house and the bars/restaurants. "

"Each summer our family looks forward to one or two gatherings at different locations with in the region.This years selection on the Seneca River focused on location to water with all the property amenities offered. While the weather did not co operate the accommodations exceeded expectations.My grandson loves to fish and he caught a lot of big fish and he wants to go back."

"We had a Syracuse graduation and the stay was extremely comfortable. The driveway is a bit steep but it does fit 3 cars. Only drawback was that the shower was impossibly small. Otherwise, great place to stay. "

"The house was very clean and the entry instructions were simple, it’s a great set up for an extended stay and it’s conveniently located between Oswego and Syracuse. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. If I get an opportunity to go back up there, I would certainly stay with them again."

"This tiny house was perfect for my stay in New York! It was close enough to everything you could possibly need yet far enough to be in a quiet and peaceful location. I definitely enjoyed my stay and plan on staying again in the future! "

"Our stay here was perfect. Clean, cozy & in a great neighborhood. We loved that it's within walking distance to parks, Lake Ontario, & restaurants for interesting sightseeing & meals after a long day of fishing. "

"The house is lovely and brand new. We appreciated the owner accommodating us with an early checkin but we were disappointed with the additional fee tacked on to arrive 2 hours earlier. Like I mentioned earlier, the house is very nice overall and we were all comfortable. There is only one television however so keep it in mind if you’re bringing multiple people to stay. "
