"Gorgeous home located steps away from Maysville night life. Ample parking and the neighborhood felt safe. The kitchen was huge and had everything you would need. I only wish I could have actually had time to use it. Plenty of bathrooms, all updated and nicely decorated. The host sent all the instructions for checking in and out before I arrived, which made the process a breeze. I will definitely be staying here again."

"This wonderful cabin, high top of hill above the Ohio river, and across from the east end of Maysville Kentucky is just almost beyond words. The big porch across the front with rocking chairs to watch the barges go up and down the river and the trains go up and down on the Kentucky side. Even though it’s quite rustic with original cabin walls on part of it, the appointments are lovely; almost as though the owners live there. Unusual in a rental and really appreciate it!I track birds on my phone...

"Great place to stay while playing in baseball tournaments at Flash baseball complex. My 3 kids had a great time especially having another family stay next door. Communication was perfect. Questions, directions, all info a guest would need are already answered, etc were on point. Thanks Pam for being a perfect host "

"The place was quaint, beautiful, and clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the communication. Maybe it was a fluke, but I sent a message the morning of check in stating I never received an email with the check in information. After driving the 4 1/2 hours to the location, I had to finally look up the property name to call them and ask for information. I then did receive texts and the check in email. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, just not the stress of lack of contact...

"Ideal location. Super-clean studio. Comfy mattress! Easy parking. Nearby food and drinks. So good. "

"Everything was quite nice. Somehow I missed reading the entrance was up a set of old stairs of different distances between steps. For the young, no problem, but if senior, be aware it is challenging. My right knee is finally recovering. Please know lovely place! Remodeling and decor gorgeous!"

"This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Beautiful property, set up was cute. Only issue we had was not being able to connect the soundbar to the projector to watch a movie. Would definitely stay again! "

"We had 12 of us. There was plenty of space. The house was very clean. Unfortunately there was no fishing poles due to past guest breaking them or stealing them. But we found plenty of things to do. The property manager was awesome to work with "
