"Gorgeous, private home in the forest close to Lassen Natl Park. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our stay here. Celebrating my 69th birthday and there was lots of room for all. Eric is a great host! Highly recommend this beautiful home."

"Every year my sister and I visit the Lassen area to hunt mushrooms. This year did not disappoint. The kitchen is small and does not have an oven but we managed to create some excellent soup and Morel Stroganoff. We have stayed in a number of BnB's and would definitely return next year. "

"This place is a really cute stay next to Lassen National Park, subway caves and about an hour from Burney falls. There is a little creek onsite that has a little waterfall. Come prepared with food to cook on a grill. There is no stove in the cabin I rented. Will definitely come back and visit again. "

"We spent 7 days at Ridge-View Retreat. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The back deck was perfect for quiet mornings reading and enjoying the breathtaking views of Mt.Shasta. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed Lassen National Park, Burney Falls and driving to the top of Mt. Shasta. The house was equipped with everything we needed- laundry detergent, all paper products and lots of spices for cooking. The owners thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
