"This rental was the perfect place to getaway and enjoy the beautiful scenery with all the comforts. We were situated in the woods overlooking a beautiful landscape with all the amenities of home. The bed was super comfortable, shower was great, the fire pit and hot tub were amazing! Absolutely loved our stay and already booked a weekend for next year. This is a must rental for a weekend away to relax! "

"The house and property were a perfect combination of relaxing and beauty. We walked the trails, our dog enjoyed the open field and our group had a marvelous stay. If you want to enjoy peace and quiet away from the city this property is great. It does need some outside sprucing up and some deep cleaning however, it did not affect our stay."

"Great location to see around downtown LaCrosse. Bar next door kinda noisy til 2am but quiet otherwise. Love the industrial vibe with the decor. Would probably stay again! "

"100% Provence. Sehr empfehlenswert für 6-10 Personen. Wunderbares, authentisches Landhaus in traumhafter Lage. Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche in diesem einzigartigen und gut gemanagten Anwesen."

"Property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Views were incredible. Little bit of odd layout - there is no separate door to primary bathroom and the shower is very tiny in there- think cruise ship small. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Very large jetted tub, but didn’t see a plug for that, so think it is not useable. Good location- less than 15 minutes to downtown La Crosse and very quiet neighborhood."

"We loved staying at the cabin! Libby and Kerry were great hosts. We loved hearing about the history of the cabin and the families who lived there! Also, thank you for the cigars! It was nice sitting on the porch at night enjoying them. We'll be back!"

"We stayed here over UWL graduation weekend. I choose this as it was close to everything, on the river, and we did not have to share space with anyone. The place was very clean and super cute inside. The owner gave me easy instructions and was easily available by phone when I needed to call. I would highly recommend this place!!"

"Enjoyed our stay. House worked out great- the number of beds/bedrooms and having 2 bathrooms was wonderful. Close to the downtown- easy 30 minute walk."

"We enjoyed the serenity of the property. A quiet place for 2 old friends to catch up. The house was very comfortable, everything seemed brand new & it was sparkling clean. Convenient location for everything we wanted to do. Would suggest adding a railing to the boat dock for safety. "

"We were in area to attend our son's wedding and it was close to the venue and the perfect spot to get away from all the activities and relax a bit. enjoyed the river view and perfect spot for morning coffee!"

"Nice place for what we were looking for. (3 bedrooms) The only slight improvements needed are water pressure in shower was lacking. The water does have a slight smell. Beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen, great view of water, with dock access. Thank you for allowing us to stay."

"Cozy cabin on an absolutely beautiful secluded property. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and all the nature around us. Mt. LaCrosse ski area is about 25 minutes away where we spent 2 days skiing. "

"My mom and I recently visited the La Crosse area. We had a lovely stay. This home was quiet and clean and had everything we needed. It was close to everything, but offered that “out in the country” feel. "

"The house was simply wonderful and Signe was a gem as a host. We stayed for a couple of nights during our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay immensely! Classic china and silverware, old draperies and bedsteads and a beautiful little house in a quiet, homey neighborhood. It was lovely! Thanks so much!"
