"Hotellet såg sjaskigt ut och personalen var inte hjälpsam. Det fanns ingen handduk/matta att lägga på golvet som var mycket halt. Det var fruktansvärt varmt på rummet och svårt att få svalt på natten. Baren var stängd hela tiden."

"Disappointing. The guy on reception was grumpy before I even spoke. No smile or welcome. When an issue was raised by him, which I was in disagreement with, my perception was he was condescending and misogynistic. He made me feel guilty and like I was an idiot.
