"The staffs are very polite and helpful, the place and the room is very clean. Location is perfect. Check in and check out is smooth and organized. Theres a welcome drinks upon check in. When you request for towels or other stuff, even if it is midnight, they are quick to provide. The club lounge us all worth it."

"Never received anything for being a VIP member and if you wanted water they charge $4 a bottle crazy They wanted $40 for valet parking but you can park on the street for free right on property "

"We just got back from a lovely relaxing stay at the muse guesthouse. Myself and wife spent 2 nights here and was so well looked after, we was greeted at arrival with a glass of Sangria and snacks. Tea ,Coffee and beverages available all day, Breakfast very nice and plenty of it, sets you up for most of the day, Being British they even made me a very tasty full English breakfast. We visited the Harley Davidson museum and downtown Milwaukee ,lots of shops ,restaurants and bars, really enjoyed...

"Got the romantic sweet but they had portable air conditioners that could not cool the room off. Other rooms had real air conditioners but not this romantic suite. when telling front desk it was hot we were offered a fan that didn’t do much. Parking prices were outrageous compared to what you already payed for hotel room. All to come back and find no parking. They had a strip of parallel parking behind building, however there is no turn around and can barely get in regularly and almost hit my car...

"Ordered some food that I had to pick up myself from the restaurant downstairs and there was an eight dollar service fee that no one can tell me why it was added. Finally got an answer from the manager that was not a realistic answer and took way too much time to get it removed very frustrating. It was not room service brought up to the room. I had to go get my own food. why would you charge me a service fee?"

"Close to everything (market, restaurants) right off of freeway. Room was excellent, spacious with beautiful views."

"The TV in my room was not plugged in and the channel guide page was disabled. Also no WiFi."

"We stayed here for our Summerfest trip. It was a nice stay. They offered us an upgrade to our room since there was one available. They offered a free shuttle for a 2 mile radius there and back. Which we used to get to the festival. They have there own parking lot right next to the hotel with free parking and plenty of it. Very inexpensive hotel and worth the stay."

"My stay was very good. The owners were great. Off street parking. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. This is a great place to stay. Not far from any of the Milwaukee attractions. I will be back!"
