"Loved the room! The room had a sitting area with a sectional that was a sofa bed. The staff was excellent and shared with my wife and I gems to visit in the city. Customer service at its BEST! My Complimentary breakfast was decent enough to hold you over until lunch. I will recommend Hyatt Place to family and friends and we will make it our future hotel preference. "

"There wasn’t a coffee maker in our room. The hotel did provide one then next day after we asked for it 3 times. Next day no new coffee , cups or cream were provided and we had to ask for them 2 times. The hotel should have in room coffee machines and service them without being asked. Roof top bar was wonderful and the bar tenders in the main restaurant were awesome,"

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Someone broke into our room, flooded the bathroom sink, and the hotel charged me $250 while refusing to return my calls. On 5/15 left our room with the do not disturb sign on the door. When we returned, our belongings had clearly been moved around and the toilet paper was soaked. I called for replacements and was told our room had flooded because we “left the sink on” and that we’d be charged $150. I immediately spoke with the manager, Louis, and explained we absolutely did not...
