"From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. "The hotel is very unique in design. Loved the happy hour and getting to know other guests. Breakfast every morning was a bonus. We had two issues while we were there. Our coffee machine didn’t work the first morning but was replaced. Our tv didn’t stream the hockey game so had to watch Montreal win on an iPad. Would definitely stay again!"

"Hotel was amazing, the rooms were so beautiful. The only critique is the bathrooms in the room. There is only a pedestal sink so nowhere to put anything and the shower had a curtain around the whole tub and it would stick to you when showering and there was nowhere in the tub to put anything not an ideal shower situation would be nice if the bathrooms were a little more updated. But other than that the whole experience at the hotel was amazing!"
