"The breakfast was sub par and the toaster was broken. Only one side worked. They should’ve purchased a new one. I started to go to Walmart and buy one for the hotel. Guest had to wait a long time for toast."

"Staff was very helpful and provided all the things we needed including extra towels, wash clothes, pillows etc. The hotel could use some updating and maintenance repairs. The rooms were not very clean, it seemed like house keeping doesn't care about their work. We ended up switching rooms because our original room was dirty. The sink was dirty with hair and dirt. Their was a used wash cloth in the shower, the one pillow smelled like body odor, there were no sheets on the pull out sofa bed....

"This hotel is a tucked away little gem! I love staying at the chain. Always clean and predictable. Love having breakfast and a bunch of places to relax inside and outside. In close proximity to shopping, good food and of course the beach."

"The kitchen is not a kitchen it is a microwave and a sink nothing like you would have thought the room was bad and had like a cat urine smell hair all on the towels and inside the tub, I had four children with me and when we first got there the room they first put us in was horrible we had to wait for staff to find us one which was way smaller than the one initially given and paid for they said no compensation because it was through Expedia and I was lost out on 222.00 dollars every thing was...
