Milton is peppered with equestrian farms. Our quiet gravel road is lined with several of them. Enjoy daily walks or runs up and down its mile long park-like terrain.

This is not a subdivision home! With nearly three private acres, our home has multiple outdoor living areas to enjoy this peaceful, wooded setting. And rural though it is, we have conveniences galore five miles away - - Ga 400, Milton and Alpharetta shopping and restaurants, MARTA Park-and-Ride, and many corporate offices.

We also rent a guest suite, mini studio on the terrace level which is also available for rent on this site. If you are interested in adding one or two more guests to your party, this space is ideal. It offers a private patio, kitchenette, a full bed, and private bathroom. We always communicate with our guests if someone is renting that space to let them know who to expect on the property.

We also occupy the lower/terrace level and offer excellent customer service as a result of our close proximity. For our privacy, we ask that our guests not use the back yard (unless arranged in advance), but the front yard is all yours:-). While the screened porch is for your private use, we share the back deck and propane grill with you, but we try to give our guests as much privacy as possible.
