Steps to the Beach. Pet-friendly cottage with a great view of the water!

Welcome to DelMarView! This beach cottage on Broadkill Beach, DE has just been freshly renovated. DelMarView is a cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, along with an outdoor shower and accommodations for up to 6 comfortably.
Enjoy beautiful bay views as you have a meal at the dining table or while sipping a cup of coffee out on the enclosed porch.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook if you choose. In addition, there is a gas grill outside just next to the covered below-deck area. On the decking, there is a table and chairs to enjoy a meal or just hang out, soaking up the fresh breezy salt air.

• Sheets and towels are NOT provided
• The state of Delaware has issued a statewide plastic bag ban. Retail stores no longer offer plastic bags at checkout.

Perfect Beach GetawayWe just checked out of this cottage at Broadkill Beach, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better—just steps to the sand and so peaceful.Our dogs loved it just as much as we did! They had the best time playing on the beach and lounging with us on the porch. It was wonderful to find a spot that welcomed the whole family, pups included.Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us Gina & Rodney—we can’t wait to come back!

Was a very clean house. Has everything you needed. The sunroom with the windows open is perfect for reading. The beach wasn’t crowded, that made it easier to relax. Gina was very easy to communicate with and fast with responding. The best vacation we have had in years. Will be back next year.

Myrick vacation

This property has a great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The inside of the house was clean and inviting. Great amenities and a nice gift to welcome us. Gina the owner was super attentive and very intuitive of the area and things to do. We really enjoyed our relaxing downtime and hope that this review helps. Delmarview was great!

Quiet and convenient beach weekend stay

The house right on the beach was perfect and in such a calm and quiet neighborhood of other beach homes. It was exactly what we were hoping for in a weekend getaway stay at the beach! We would definitely return with our kiddos for the weekend too!

My friends and I wanted a place to go for a long weekend near the beach. This location was perfect. Beautiful sunrises and walks on the beach. There are plenty of activities in the area. I highly recommend Delmarview!

Truly steps from the beach, breezy to keep the bugs away. Enough waves to feel we were on the beach, but calm being bayside. Everything we needed to feel at home & relaxed in a cheerful cottage.

Another wonderful time at Gina and Rod's!

Love this place...so much that I almost don't want to talk about how much so that it doesn't get overbooked and I can't get back in again! *lol* It's clean, one house away from a very quiet and mellow beach, and well-equipped. Gina is super-fast to respond to messages. Just an overall vibe.

Perfect location

This beach cottage worked out perfectly for our family vacation. Everything was clean & we felt very “at home”. My only recommendation would be to put blinds/curtains up on the windows where the 2 twin beds are located. We would definitely stay again. Gina was very responsive to my questions & very helpful. We would definitely stay again & wish we had booked 2 weeks!!! 1 week was not long enough! Thank you for welcoming us in your beach cottage.

Great family beach getaway

The host was responsive, it's only 1 house away from the beach. The house has been recently renovated and was beautiful and super comfortable. We were 2 families with 5-year-olds and we had a truly wonderful weekend! Would definitely stay again.

Memorial Day Beach Getaway

Great little cottage for short stroll (50m) onto the beach to relax, listen to the waves, and then kick back and enjoy the sunset with all the amenities needed for a home cooked meal! Complete with Grill, outdoor shower and screened in porch to watch the sunset.
