Built in fall 2022, this conveniently located Florida townhouse is only 10 minutes from the interstate, allowing you access to all that the surrounding areas have to offer. This family-friendly neighborhood boasts a splash pad, park, soccer field, walking trails, side-walks for biking & gazebos for picnics — or you can trek down the road for local shopping, dining & entertainment. You will enjoy the home’s relaxing & serene coastal boho vibe whether you are visiting for work or for play.

The space
“Coastal Boho Townhouse” is less than 10 minutes from the interstate, so you can easily visit:

- NAS Whiting Field, 25 minutes
- Pensacola Airport, 30 minutes
- Downtown Pensacola, 25 minutes
- Pensacola Beach, 35 minutes
- Navarre Beach, 40 minutes
- Blackwater River State Park, 30 minutes

This beautiful, new townhome is well equipped to comfortably accommodate up to eight people: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and 1 pull out queen sofa. Each bedroom is fully equipped with blinds, bedding and pillows. The master suite features a smart TV, master bathroom, large walk-in closet and white noise machine. The additional two guest rooms are joined by a private Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathrooms include towels, wash cloths, hand soap, toilet paper and travel-sized toiletries — just in case you forget anything! Baby pack n’ play and baby kitchen seat booster available upon request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils and a simple spice selection to cook and bake meals for 10 people, including dinnerware, glasses, utensils and children’s dishes/utensils. The coffee bar is stocked with complimentary k-cups for the Keurig and teas.

The open-concept dining and living area offers plenty of space to eat and relax, as well as to utilize the pull-out sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. There is a smart TV in the living room where you can log into your favorite stream services as well as some of our favorite board games for a fun night in.

The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron for guest use.

Guest access
The two-car garage and driveway can easily accommodate six vehicles and the keyless entry easily allows you to come and go as you please.

House was exactly as described, smelled great and was nice and clean. Enough room for my family. The check-in/ check-out process was seamless. Short drive to everything. Beach equipment was an added bonus and came in handy for us. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!!

Cute place. Owner was nice. The place had some nice features but then was cheap in other ways. Was not the best place for us to stay with having to stay 7 days in the area and needing a comfortable place to relax at the end of our long days. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The floors were very dirty. We had to wear shoes while in the house as our feet were black from walking on the carpet and linoleum. The place has great potential just needs some improvements in certain areas.

Perfect accommodation for families and friends

We were visiting family in Milton and Matthews house was the perfect accommodation. Check-in was more than easy, even that we arrived late that day. Owner provided us all needed information.The house is located in an all new, very quite and family oriented neighborhood. Everything you‘ll might need, as supermarkets, restaurants, playgrounds is just a couple of minutes away.Emerald Coast with its perfect beaches is just a short hop from the house also.House was very clean, everything was in place and shape. We found everything what was needed.WiFi was available and good, TV service had all Channels you might prefer.This house was perfect for our family of three, but there is space for up to six people easy.Check out was smooth also. Matthew asked for the usual preparations, which was easy to do.So overall the absolut perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back.Thank you for that wonderful stay.Regards from GermanyThorsten

Right at home!

This home is beautiful and has every amenity you could think of (and then some). My kids love playing with the basket of toys. The beds are comfortable and the home was very clean. We’ve stayed here a few times and the owners are wonderful to work with and very responsive! We look forward to staying at this home again!

A stay in snowy Pensacola

We stayed here to be close to friends in the neighborhood. Condo was clean and comfortable, and appreciated cooperation of owner when our arrival was delayed because of snow! Not a scenic area, but close to stores & restaurants. Would book again.

Revival Weekend!

We absolutely loved this house! It was a very convenient location for multiple things that we had planned! The house was extremely clean and super easy to access! The host family is doing a great job! I will definitely recommend this house to friends and family in the future!

Lovely townhouse

Host was super responsive. Townhouse was decorated so perfectly for our beach vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked so we had the ability to cook instead of eating out the entire time. Appreciated the beach accessories and cooler since we were not able to bring these items. The three bedrooms were great for our family so everyone had their own space. The multiple bathrooms were perfect for our family. We would definitely rent this townhouse again.
