Relax with the whole family at this newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere, along with a fully fenced private backyard, patio, and grill. The spacious open concept layout offers plenty of room for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, the presence of two bunk rooms suggests that the property is well-suited for accommodating larger families or groups. It's a great place to enjoy quality time with loved ones in a comfortable and inviting setting.

Spacious and stylish. This home has everything your family needs to relax and enjoy time away making lasting memories. Whip up a delicious morning breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen or
a quick snack and family dinners with seating at the bar and dining table. A full size refrigerator, microwave, double oven, dishwasher, blender, cookware, dishes and many more amenities are available for our guests . Our 3 beautiful bedrooms welcome you home in the evening.
Comfortable queen be in the master and a full private bath. The master has a 58”TV to enjoy an evening of streaming your favorite shows. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed and TV.
The open concept of living and dining allows family time for watching TV with a big bowl of popcorn or a fun & exciting game night.
A washer/dryer, iron & ironing board are provided for your laundry needs. Guests may use the two car garage and driveway for parking.
The backyard space is perfect for a game of football or corn hole, or stargazing in the cool night breeze.

Guests have full access to the home and back yard

Wedding day

Came down for my daughter’s wedding. Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Everything was clean and it was ready for our stay. We were there for a week and will be back soon ! Definitely will be booking again !

Quite, great location

Very clean. Lots of hot water. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable living. Our need was some board games and cards. Maybe some samples of shampoo, body lotion, bath soap. That is something that might be left at home. Access to broom and mop to clean if necessary. We did enjoy our stay and will recommend this to anyone needing to stay in the area. .

Deep sea fishing

We stayed at the house for the weekend while we went deep sea fishing the house was perfect. Could not ask for a better place all the comforts of home. The property manager went above and beyond to help us with checking in. Would definitely stay again. In fact we are planning another trip in spring and hope the property is available then. 5 stars all the way.

Loved It!

Check in was easy and the house was exceptional! Beach was a short drive and the neighborhood was very quiet, it was actually nice to get away from the bustle of town on July 4th! The privacy fence in the back yard was great for the 3 year-old, I do wish it would have had some patio furniture so we all could have sat outside; this is a new home, so maybe that will be coming. Will definitely return on our next visit to Florida!

It was the best place I have ever stayed at. Clean spacious kid friendly. And the host is very responsive when you have a question or a problem to answer or fix immediately. I will be staying with them again. It was amazing

Very lovely nice clean beautiful home. It was affordable and in a good area not close to the beach but it's worth it. The lady Terry is so polite and always available to assist. We really enjoyed ourselves there and will continue to make them our people to deal with.
