Viatges a Milot

Long story short, I’m looking forward to my next visit soon

The room was clean, unfortunately we had a jacuzzi experience in mind- however it turned out our room had a bath tub, we honestly struggled to use it , shower spills everywhere. On a brighter side- the staff were very lovely and helpful. Cheers to the Manager of the hotel and his team, they made sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Breakfast wasn’t very great but manageable. A bit far from local ammentities, so if you want beach experience, going to the town centre be prepared to travel a bit.

Hotel muito bom, extremamente confortável, próximo ao aeroporto e possui transfer. Ideal para quem vai fazer conexão. Fica longe de tirana. Gostei muito

I had booked triple room and was given a king bed with bunk beds that closed off the windows and prevented wardrobe or fridge opening. The tv nor aircon worked when i complained I was given choice of two rooms one king size with hardly any light the other was a twin which I took. The bathroom bidet was covered with hair and the aircon was peeling off from ceiling . The walls had marks and bathroom was stained. The manager wouldn’t give me refund for choosing smaller room despite nothing working.. the manager charged €20 fee for early check in and then I asked her for iron she said she will get it 3 hours later I still didn’t get it. I then asked for a map of city she said she hasn’t got any yet but will give me one later which she didn’t. Worst first impression of a new country I’ve ever had and worst customer experience.
