"We were very disappointed in the RV that we rented. It was in very tough shape. The floor in spots were weak. Doors were missing off cabinets. There were also mouse droppings in a couple of the kitchen drawers and when brought to their attention they only stated that the cleaning staff usually does a better job cleaning. "

"From the moment you pull up to the Hobbit Hole you begin to notice all of the care and detail that make this space so magical. "We were heading north on a ten day tent camping trip and needed a place to stay for a night where the loaded down truck would be safe over night. So glad we found this place. My 10 year old son and I very much enjoyed the stay and it is as expected, super cool. Staying in a hobbit hole has now been checked of the old bucket list. Definitely recommend staying here and I’m sure we will be back. "

"Beautiful home with an excellent kitchen and family space by the pool. It was really hot, so jumping in the pool after a long day BBQing at the Palo Cedro Honey Bee Festival…sooo nice!! The home is spacious and beds were very comfortable. Definitely will book again the next time!! Thank you for sharing this amazing property!! We all loved it!!"

"Unkempt yard, grass had not been cut for awhile. Pool in backyard had dirt and leaves. Possibly a wind storm had occurred prior to our stay. I came prepared to swim, but unfortunately, I had no desire to get into pool. The house was clean but the 2 twin beds were meant for little kids not adults at all. They were only a couple of inches from the floor. Not good at all for older seniors."

"Loved our stay! Property was exactly as listed. 3 kings and 1 queen, all bedrooms had a tv. We were visiting for a wedding and the location was great. Easy access to Hwy 44. House was clean and had all the necessities. Open floor plan was nice for visiting with family. Highly recommend this property. Owner was easy to communicate with as well. "
