"Lodge was great with a really lovely view and very comfy beds. Kitchen looked a bit tired with chipped worktops and it would be useful to have some drawers in the built in wardrobe areas for smaller items that don't need hanging. restaurant had good selection and food was good. Pool area, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were good."

"We had a lovely stay in apartment eight. Which is always very spic and span. It’s disabled friendly, which is I have balance problems suits me well. The walk in shower was especially helpful. We enjoyed a walk out and a couple of cycles. The community orchard on the way was fascinating. Sadly you can’t book the weather, but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.
We would thoroughly recommend Howgills Appartments."

"The fantastic Howgills Apartments are in the quiet, calm and delightful Bainbridge Road, at just 2 minutes' walk from the town centre of Sedbergh. The apartments are in excellent condition, very comfortable, warm and inviting and come furnished with everything you could wish for, including tea and coffee supplies. The sofas are comfortable, and great for relaxing with a TV provided and there's an excellent kitchen area with large fridge and freezer so you can even "cook at home", buying fresh...

"The accommodation was very impressive, extremely well equipped and immaculately clean with lovely extra's of snacks and freshly baked bread. The Alexa system was so easy to use and the shower was lovely.The only downside was that the deposit taken the day before arrival was more than the booking, so looking forward to getting that back a.s.a.p. and the twin beds were a bit smaller than a normal single bed. I would highly recommend this property to others as it is high quality accommodation."

"Was a nice and easy check in, very nice place and spacious enough, had everything we’d need.. only problem was the lack of cleanliness. Cob webs everywhere, dust and debris on the chairs and in creases of the bedroom suede walls, spiders in corners and cutlery provided has old food hardened within the cuts of the forks as it hasn’t been cleaned properly and left. Toilet also splashes water all over the seat when flushing causing the lid to be splattered with toilet water after every flush."
