Unwind at this stunning ranch house near several beaches like Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Bethany Beach. The house was lovingly designed and built with waterproof floors, high-beamed ceilings, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.
It only takes five minutes to walk to the waterfront at Indian River Bay. Most of the time, you can enjoy the waterside amenities like in a private setting as the house is in the quiet Warwick Park. Very family friendly.

Not as advertised

Didn't notice this at first, but there was a can of bug spray on the table in the entry way. Saw pincher bug on dishwasher door when I went to open it. Saw pincher bug crawling on floor of master bedroom. Windor curtains did not cover windows completely. Bedroom curtains were thin and almost see thru during darkness. We come up every year on the 4th of July for our annual family BBQ and this was our worst experience yet.

The house was unkept and appeared abandoned or unused in quite some time. Several of the kitchen supplies were quite dirty. There were many flies when walking into the house. It was infested with drain flies all around the house, especially in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and even the hallways. There were cobwebs and several different kinds of bugs all throughout the house. There were stains on the beds and the linens did not appear clean. There was a strange stench all over the house that we could not get rid of. House felt unsanitary overall. Additionally, the light bulbs for the lights over the island in the kitchen did not work. Grill was not usable as advertised. The pictures of the property do not match the reality of the property.

quiet with some privacy

probably the most private location in the neighborhood, thanks to trees! dispite the amount of houses, we saw few people. roomy, indoor air hockey table, nice but a little noisy for the main room! had an out door shower which was nice coming from the beach. we could easily walk to the bay for fishing, crabbing! kinda wish it was closer to the swimming area though, we drove 35 plus minutes one way for good swimming

Great Location and Potential but Needs More Cleaning Attention

The location was quiet and the place had plenty of room for our family. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. We noticed mold in the shower as well as on a spare toilet paper under the sink. Additionally, the towels and linens did not smell fresh. We might have been the first ones in for the season so that could have been a factor. If the cleanliness was improved we would likely stay here again.

Great house

We really loved staying here, it was just far enough away from the hecticness of the beach, but also wasn't too bad of a drive to get there. Given that it was in a wooded area there were a lot of bugs outside, so we got pretty bit up, but they did provided bug spray which was really helpful. Overall, we had a great time.
