    The Space:

    Centrally located in Mills River, this peaceful retreat boasts all the amenities you love to have while on vacation!



    This property is located directly next door to The Barn at Mills River Brewing Co., a popular event venue that frequently hosts events and live live music. As a result, you will hear music and have increased activity during scheduled events.



    Lined by trees and situated on a sizable property, enjoy the North Carolina sunshine while sitting on the patio and barbecuing with your loved ones.



    Inside, the spacious living area boasts an oversized sofa and a large TV. The full kitchen positively gleams with stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, ample meal prep space, and a tile backsplash. When it's time to eat, gather as a family around the formal dining table.



    The bedrooms are equally impressive with their high-quality linens, private TVs, and warm wood finishes. An additional sleeper sofa is available if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access round out the home's magnificent perks.



    While enjoying sweeping mountain views, visit the on-site Mills River Brewery or nearby Mills River Park, Fireside Golf Range, Historic Johnson Farm, Bill Moore Community Park, and Elijah Mountain Gem Mine and Crystal Store.



    Parking: While there is no parking directly next to the home, guests will have access to two reserved parking spaces located steps away from the property for your convenience.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    -The fireplace is not operational.

    -There are events at The Barn located directly next to the home.

    -There is no parking directly in front of the home. There is reserved parking a short distance from the home.

    -There is live music at Mills River Brewery every Wednesday-Sunday.

    -Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

    -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

    -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

    -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Great Property

Wonderful for dogs. Our two dogs loved playing in the huge yard. Kitchen is huge and was great for preparing and enjoying family meals.

Relaxing in Mills River

We love the beautiful property and so did our dog, Moose! We loved the Mills River brewery next door and live music that was playing and that we could bringhim to the restaurant/brewery! The house was a great size for the 4 of us to spread out.

The Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay for the 2 weeks we stayed here. It was perfect for my son who is in a wheelchair. I loved having the Brewery just a walk away. In a great location. Close to all the things but not in the rush of downtown. Perfect view every morning.

Newly remodeled, clean, great location! Brewery at the end of the driveway, close to downtown, and The Biltmore! Def will return!

Mills River Brewery Property

Located next to the brewery that owns the property. Didn’t get to visit it but it looked very inviting and busy.Newly updated thru out. View off porch is beautiful once you look over the packaging house across the street. Spacious and accessible to our elderly and pets.

Immaculate House in the Country Quiet

The house was immaculate and totally up to date with every amenity you might ever need at your fingertips. A treat to stay in the totally new rebuild. We loved our stay. Spent the mornings on the front porch watching the world go by or exploring nearby Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Evenings we crossed the hedgerow to Mills River Brewery to listen to the music and enjoy the delicious food. Then walked back home to enjoy a good nights sleep in the tranquil country side. We will be back.

Great place to stay!

We stayed recently in order to explore the area and brewery crawl. What a great place! Recently redone, tastefully decorated and very clean. Everything was functional but not the place was not over the top. There is plenty of space in the kitchen but there are also lots of food trucks at the pet-friendly breweries in the area. Big bonus for us to be able to end our evenings enjoying the brewery next door then just walking up the driveway. Communication was easy and someone was always available (glitch with the WI-FI) making the entire experience great. We loved this place and look forward to a return visit!

Great property with few issues

We loved the location next to a great brewery and the comfy open vibe of the house. The only issues were an oversight on the housekeeping schedule that resulted in our rental not being cleaned before our check in. We unfortunately had to do some sprucing up, but they promptly refunded our cleaning fee. We also had to leave half way through our stay due to Hurricane Helene, but we purchased travel insurance so we're covered. Our dogs enjoyed the large grounds and we slept comfortably the few nights we were there. There were also multiple workers on the property updating the out buildings on the grounds during the day as well as events like an air stream rally and bike race that ran through the far end of the property, but they didn't disrupt our stay.
