"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

"The “Elevator” it’s old, we got stuck in it for 45 minutes until fire department was able to open the door. Afterwards the front desk person took the room numbers of the people who got stuck supposedly for the manager to call us to give some sort of apology. We didn’t receive any call or anything for being stuck."

The building and rooms felt very old and worn down overall. The floor I stayed on smelled strongly like weed, and the room itself had a sticky feeling to it. "Staff are nice and helpful , Was missing some amenities “hand washing soap dispenser was empty i ask for a refill and never got it” Parking spacious and available Our Room had couple pf lights that’s not working asking for repairs and never got it The breakfast is variable and nice “some items ends early so try to go early” The bathroom could be cleaner,"

"This has to be the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I asked for a non smoking room. That didnt happen. And there were no available rooms to switch to. There was cigarettes ash covering everything, bed sheets, toilet paper, everything. The floors were sticky. If you walked barefoot on the carpet, your feet will turn black from the filth. The whole place smelled like piss and cigarettes. There were earing left on the bed from the previous guest which means they didn't change the blood...

"Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!"

"I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance."
