"Very cute cabin. Just what we needed for our annual trip to drive to mtns to pick out and purchase a Christmas tree from a choose and cut tree farm, plus get some xmas shopping done in West Jefferson NC and drove to the town of Sparta and also drove through stone mtn state park to see Widow falls and seen some deer also. it was a bit cold so we did not use the grill but the grill was actually cleaner than most other cabins we have been in but could use new burner covers and grease from bottom...

"This place was a dream! Very comfortable home, deluxe nature, peaceful, quiet and overall just what we needed for holiday week. The kitchen had all we needed to make a holiday meal. Beds are very comfortable. Home is clean, warm and cozy. Great lane for walks. Lots of deer, birds (including wild turkeys), cows. Absolutely plan to return. Host was in touch to ensure we were comfortable. A great stay. You will probably com2 back again and again!"

"Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Plenty of yard for the kids to run around and play. Playground and cows were nice as well. Host was very easy to work with. 5 stars in my families opinions. As long as this place is available it will be our new go to spot when we visit family in Boone."

"Clean, cute, comfortable cottage! Our family including our dog enjoyed our relaxing stay - movies by the fire, hot baths, crafting at the kitchen table, and cooking good food. We had fun in the area - hiking state parks (Mount Jefferson and Rendezvous), National Park System Brinegar Cabin, Blue Ridge Parkway, Emerald Hollow Mine, Love Valley (horse only town) Christmas parade/ tree lighting, and a mead flight at Stardust Cellars (kid and dog friendly). Thanks!"
