"Had a wonderful weekend at this cottage although we had a lot of rain. Beautiful View of the river. Very well stocked with anything you may need. Only negative was it was very muddy, pretty much calf deep to get down to the water. As there has been weeks of rain lately though this is probably not normally the case. The home also had no outdoor water faucet/ hose but thankfully my son had brought a 5 gallon bucket with so we could fill it in the cottage and bring it outside to wash muddy feet...

"This apartment is pretty cool. We (one adult, two teen boys) stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The place was very clean and tidy, the bed linens were cozy, and all the essentials (and plenty of non-essentials) were there. We had a blast with Ms. Pac-Man and Boccerball, and enjoyed the fun little decorative touches around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the town itself is quaint. "We had a great Girls’ weekend! It was nice being so close to the rail trail. We did some biking and checked out the Hotel Manor, Slate Run General Store, swam in the creek and went to see a band at The Mountain Top. Perfect weekend, perfect stay and much needed time with perfect friends!! "

"Everything was seamless. Owners were responsive to my emails, and provided everything I needed before I arrived. Walked into a place that was all set and ready for us. Fantastic location, friendly people, nothing in the world like the Pine Creek gorge. Thank you for having us!"

"Just when you think you’ve gone far enough away from civilization, you go a little farther to find this cabin. It was so quiet and away from everything you could hear nature and relax. Very little Wi-Fi reception so we were happy we brought good books. Cozied up to the fire at night, and when we were ready, town was just a peaceful drive. We found a couple of places to eat near by that were amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a good break from electronics and busy life. "
