Spider webs through out the house, overflowing garbage when we arrived, leaking toilet downstairs, dirty barbeque grill, missing essential condiments including sugar and salt among others, wrong coffee filters, and last but not least: critters inside the walls which can be rectified by adding covers to the vents. "Stayed at this wonderful house right on the Lake and in the Country Club. Fantastic area to be and so very relaxing. House is perfect for families to stay and unwind . Close to golf and resorts . Quite a few stairs to water , but they have benches along the path for people to rest and take in the views. Fun time was had by all."

"This place and this unit are great. Awesome view of Big Cove from the deck and great access to the water with private dock and launch. This is my 4th time renting from Karen and Clint and they are super responsive and available if needed. They have updated the internet to super fast satellite service for those that want to go online or stream a movie. Fishing was incredible with 28 catch and release trout in 3 days for two people. "Every year my sister and I visit the Lassen area to hunt mushrooms. This year did not disappoint. The kitchen is small and does not have an oven but we managed to create some excellent soup and Morel Stroganoff. We have stayed in a number of BnB's and would definitely return next year. "
