"Great room, newly renovated! Great Lake view near the hotel drive up!! Delicious room service! I will be back next time!!"

"The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful! Breakfast was very hearty! The parking was ample and safe! The hotel itself needs some updating, however it was clean and priced accordingly. The staff was very helpful with assisting us on places to visit or dining out selections. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Springfield!"

The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"Breakfast was good, variety, fresh and tasty. Parking was a bit messy due to an event the same evening. Spots were reserved with traffic cones for hotel guests but had to move the cone to park the car. Had kareoke going until 2am. Our room was right around the corner. Very loud making it hard to sleep. Could this be included in listing to make guests aware ahead."

"The breakfast was just ok. Had eggs a meat and potatoes. One morning the meat was pork carnitas???. The room was spacious and clean but they are outdated. The complementary soap in the shower was near empty on day 1. The hot tub was nice after a long day. Staff was very friendly. Outside was VERY noisy around 5-6am with what I think was a trash dump truck emptying dumpsters. This happened multiple mornings "

"Wonderful place to stay, staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Parking lot was full, very busy hotel but still didn’t have to park to far away from hotel. Very safe location, could walk to just about any thing you wanted to eat, or they would shuttle you if needed. If we head that way for another vacation we will stay here again. "

"Good breakfast selection and staff. Friendly and efficient staff. Spacious and well equipped and clean room and bathroom. Easy to access all highways from this hotel including the one on which hotel is located. Good food options and convenience store nearby. Good option for visiting Washington and vicinity although traffic can make for a longer drive (55 minutes instead of 30, for example) at some times."

"Sketchy. Regret booking. Spend $25 more for a decent hotel. It felt like a motel from a movie. The lobby is fine then you drive around to a street entrance. Super run down and outdated. I was hesitant to sit on the little couch. Didn’t bother to see breakfast. Housekeeping loudly knocked twice as I was trying to sleep in the morning before I checked out. "

"The staff is incredibly friendly and the area is nice and clean. However, our first morning, housekeeping woke us up at 8 in the morning and tried to come in to clean the room at that time. After that, we decided to leave the do not disturb sign on our door at all times. Despite this, a different staff member came a different morning, and came into the room saying that we had said we had issues with the TV. At no point did we have issues with the tv nor did we express this. I felt like I had to...
