"A hotel with an elevator and a lovely restaurant/bar and dipping pool the size of a hot tub on the roof top. I also saw a sauna and steam room but I didn’t try them out. There was a very small gym but it was located by the rooftop restaurant and elevator and had a glass wall that really gave the impression of very much being on display while working out.     Swayambhunath is an ancient religious complex atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city, Nepal. It is also known as the Monkey Temple as there are holy monkeys living in the north-west parts of the temple, it occupies a central position and it is probably the most sacred among Buddhist pilgrimage sites. For Tibetans and followers of Tibetan Buddhism, it is second only to Boudhanath. I was lucky enough to visit Nepal, see it and take some pictures a week before the 2015 earthquake. The temple complex suffered damage in the Nepal earthquake. :-(
