"I spent every summer of my childhood in Oakwood, so I know the cottage well. It used to belong to Rev. Ross Cook. My grandparents were George and Marie Cook (no relation to Rev. "We certainly enjoyed our time relaxing at the cabin by the pines! A private and quaint little cabin that had everything we needed, including the tranquility of being surrounded by nature. "Had a wonderful weekend stay at the property. We had 4 adults, 4 kids and a baby comfortably fit in the home. There was a pack-n-play & high chair available to use for the baby that came in handy. Kitchen was fully equipped. WiFi helped with poor cell phone reception in the area. We had a fire in the pit outside for hotdogs and s'more's.
