"Wonderful, spacious beach house with plenty of rooms, beds, and storage space. Convenient to quiet Deauville Beach (2 block walk). This unique house has lots of beach character, is clean, and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and outdoor shower is wonderful. "

"We needed somewhere to sta y last minute and the owner got back to me immediately and was so accomodating. The house has a lovely porch and is on a quiet street. The inside was very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. We would stay here again. "

"The condo is centrally located to so many beaches, restaurants, and bars. The whole unit was clean and modern, just what we needed for a beach weekend getaway. We hope to be back soon!"

"This was my first experience booking a property via VRBO. The experience was perfect. I sent a few questions to the property manager which were answered quickly, the booking process was easy. Checkin was simple using the door code. The unit was clean and close to everything. The only thing that is missing is a dishwasher. Definitely would rent again."

"We enjoyed our stay The condo is clean and has what is needed to to be comfortable. The view is wonderful and the beach access could not be better. The owner provides accurate information and instructions that are easy to follow. Parking is easy, free and safe. Rehoboth is such a walkable town that we barely used our car at all. There is a bike rental place right below where we stayed. "

"I enjoyed the ease of access to the property, it was well equipped with everything you needed if you wanted to prepare a meal. We just wanted to do nothing and we did nothing easily. The room felt larger than the square footage, plenty of seating options and a nice deck to lounge. We didn’t use the pool or the fire pits but they looked fun, we attended an event so our time in the room was limited. "
