The space
Drive through stunning hillsides to reach our home, nestled close to everything, yes so peaceful. From the front porch with incredible views of a lovely valley, walk into the living room to a 65" 4k OLED smart TV with Roku access to all your favorite apps and channels, and a beautifully designed modern space to rest after a day of exploring the area.

The spacious full kitchen and dining room combo features an 8-seat dining table, a Keurig coffee spot, and full amenities. Walk-out French doors lead to the giant back deck.

From the back deck enjoy the peacefulness of a wildflower-covered hillside and a small private forest. From the back deck (which has a gas grill available for guests to use in summer months) walk one minute toward the pond and you'll see the large fire pit with seats to enjoy the incredible star-gazing while you listen to the resident Bard Owl and the frogs in the pond.

Back inside, you'll find a washer and dryer for your washing needs in the hall. Also on the first floor is a master suite with a king bed, 4k 55" TV, a walk-in closet, an adjacent 9-showerhead immersion shower, and dual sinks. Just down the hall from this bedroom is the first single bedroom with one bed and views of the valley.

Upstairs, on the hardwood floor landing, you'll find a place to do any work that's needed. A full bathroom with a tub is between the two bedrooms: a second master suite with a king bed, a 4 K 55" TV, and views of the pond, and a triple with three beds, a walk-in closet, and valley views.

The home is beautifully designed with high-quality accents and is kept impeccably clean. It is also a very quick drive to the Glimmerglass Opera, Gilbert Lake State Park, Otsego Lake, Oneonta, Fly Creek Cider Mill, Ommegang Brewery, and many other amazing local attractions.
