Bad property and worse experience
The initial contact was to hold passport and take photo of yourself on their app that would not work. A real waste of time.
We were hoping to get in a bit early before 3:00 pm however were told they were doing maintenance and we could drop our bags off at Italianway location 15 minute walk from Central station. Dropped off our bags and wasted another 2 hours while they got ready.
Finally received a check in code/ app for residence at 3:00. App button got us in the front door and then another code / app to open the lock box at the apartment door. The app would unlock the box but it wouldn’t open, tried for over 20 minutes and couldn’t get it. Finally tried pushing it in and pulling it back and got it. They sent a video after but zero help. If you know it is faulty fix it! Obviously I wasn’t the first person to have issues as the lock box was half tore off the wall.
Finally got in and room is very hot, look at ac unit and it was unplugged, nice way to greet your guests! No manual, so I found a remote with batteries taped inside and assumed it was for unit and worked through the set up menus for time and date and got it running, waste more time. The ac unit was so noisy no way you could sleep with the racket.
The ac however was drowned out by the subway noise every 20 minutes all night
Bath had tile painted over and zip ties holding the fixtures.
This place should not be offered by Expedia
Lasted 2 of 4 nights and moved to hotel
