Cozy apt downtown DUOMO and Navigli - parking

Navigli area in 5 minutes walking, Duomo 15 minutes walking or 5 min. by tram.

Everywhere is within walking distance - the Duomo, museums, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a great wine bar next door and an excellent supermarket a few doors away.

For children: high chair and cot available on request.

The apartment is located in a charming courtyard of the early '900, it has been completely renovated with design details (Kartell, Fornasetti...) and is composed of a living area with kitchen, sofa bed and dining table, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom (with high quality mattress).

It's in the center of the city but very peaceful and quiet thanks to back side.
The apartment is on the first floor without elevator.

In the house you will find: LCD TV with Netflix, WiFi high speed, iron and ironing board, Nespresso coffee and american coffe, kettle, machine, toaster, juicer, microwave, wines and liquors selection and many city guides.

We provide linens and towels, soap and shampoo.

Good & Bad

An good location, close to transport links, bars, and friendly shops & cafes, quiet and very secure. Easy to find & get in, with good instructions & tips from Enrica. Comfortable bed with good linen & excellent shower. Nice & warm on a cold wet day.But, cleaning/preparation could have been better - greasy cutlery (no dishwasher), floor needed a mop, broken light bulbs, fridge set to freeze contents. No tea towels. The photos were taken some time before our stay. The open outside landing & courtyard is dingy, & the living space has no outlook unless the door, which opens onto the underside of the stair, is left open. The "balcony" is the open landing leading to the neighbouring apartment. Getting out at the bottom of the staircase requires a key, which in an emergency would be difficult. The tourist tax was more than double stated on the website, although only having gone up by 40% this January.Overall, a good apartment for a 2 or 3 night stay if you are going to be out all the time; but not the best place to hang around in during the day.

Perfect Location

Recently stayed at Enrica’s place when visiting Milan. The location of the apartment was perfect, close to the Metro, shopping and Duomo. Easy check in with excellent directions on how to access from the train station which made it super easy. The apartment is small but we did not spend alot of time in it! Enrica was very accommodating with a later check out and responded quickly when messages! I would stay here again.

Goed appartement, goede ligging tov centrum, de wijk Navigli en metrostation S. Agostino. Voor 2 volwassenen een ideale plek. In de buurt veel fijne eetgelegenheden. Kleine maar goed verzorgde badkamer/toilet. 1 nacht overlast ervaren van de bovenburen. Toeristenbelasting op vraag van de verhuurder cash achtergelaten op tafel, bleek te zijn verdwenen, schoonmaakster gaf aan dat ze geen geld heeft aangetroffen op tafel. Dat is natuurlijk niet goed en schaad het vertrouwen over en weer.

Location location!

Firstly, this location is perfect for seeing Milan on foot. (Tip: don’t be like me, wear COMFY shoes!) Unit is clean as a whistle! I felt it was missing a few items that have been common during our stays in Italy, salt/pepper/olive oil & balsamic would have been great. One other note: while this apartment does technically sleep 4, it is extremely cramped. Once the sofa is pulled out, there is very little room to move around and not much space if you have more than one suitcase. I highly recommend for a couple! Overall, if I came to Milan without my kiddos, I would definitely stay here again! P.S. The little market right outside the door sells the most delicious tomatoes I have ever eaten!

Well appointed apartment in good location

The property is well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host left a few snacks as well as tea and coffee, which was very thoughtful. The location is great - it is an easy walk or tram ride into the centre of town. The check-in process was easy, with everything ready as promised.

Location, location, location

The property was in a great location. It is in the city and an apartment so there is noise. Wasn't enough to bother us though. Lots of places to eat, shop, gelato and pharmacies within a short distance. The air conditioning was wonderful as well. It was a lot hotter than we were expecting. My comment for an improvement would be to cover the window above the door. You need to go through the living room to the bathroom and (for me) it would have provided some more privacy.

A Disappointment

The booking process was fine. Communication with the host was ample up until the time we had an issue with the AC not working. It was July and Milan was experiencing a significant heatwave. On the first night of our 3-night stay, it was clear the AC was not working fully. We contacted the host right away. She messaged that she would have someone out the following day to look at it. The following morning, she updated us that no one could look at it until the next day, which meant we would be without any AC for at least two of our three nights, assuming whomever was coming to fix it actually could successfully on that visit. This was not to our satisfaction whatsoever. We let our host know we would be leaving and finding alternative accommodations. We also let her know we would be requesting a refund for all three nights, but would pay the cleaning fee. She argued with us and suggested we contact VRBO. We currently have a case established and are awaiting refund. The host, under the circumstances, should have been more understanding. If the apartment states it has working AC, then we should receive what we've been promised or receive a refund. I would not book this rental again, nor would I recommend it to others. The 24 hours we spent at this apartment were unfortunately the worst of our nearly month-long European vacation. Had the host been more understanding, it would have made a world of difference.

Cute little apartment in central location

Nice apartment in a great location. Landlady always quickly reachable on WhatsApp. Also usable for four people, if you are only a few days on site. Very nicely decorated and everything necessary is available.

Small but ver nice one bedroom apartment

We enjoyed the two night stay here for Milan. Small but clean and has everything, kitchen, dinning area... It is in walking distance to the duomo, Santa Maria delle Grazie, Costello Sforzesco... You do not have to use public transportation for major attractions. It is a very good space for one or two people.

Right in the center of the action

We had an excellent 2 night stay at this apartment. We walked almost everywhere and where we didn’t walk we took the metro- a short walk away. We purchased ‘skip the line’ tickets for the main attractions and we had a wonderful time in Milan. There is a great pastry shop down the street and we really enjoyed a pastry and coffee in the apartment before we set out for the day. Thanks for your help when checking in!
