Flat located in the area of the Navigli, Milan\'s main nightlife hotspot.

Perfect for those seeking a holiday of fun and entertainment in the midst of nightlife.

The Navigli district, which also includes the street where the flat is located, is the heart of Milan\'s nightlife. Every day, young people and tourists flock to bars, restaurants and discos where they can drink, eat and listen to music from aperitif time until the early hours of the morning.

In the immediate vicinity of the flat you will find music, restaurants, bars and clubs. Being in the heart of Milan\'s nightlife, if you want to go to bed early please take into account that it is often quite noisy at night, especially from Thursday to Sunday. The flat is located in a traditional railing house along the Naviglio Pavese canal, characterised by a stone staircase and with the flats facing a common balcony. The flat is on the first floor without lift .



The flat consists of a bright living room with sofa bed, table, TV, double bedroom with adjoining walk-in wardrobe, windowed bathroom with shower and beautiful granite washbasin recovered from the original house, small fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator. The parquet floor, exposed ceiling beams and stone walls make this space truly unique.

Wi-Fi is free of charge. Sheets and towels are provided.

The space is ideal for two people, but a third guest can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed.

The historic centre and the Duomo are quickly reached by tram or a short walk. The nearby Metro 2 stop provides direct access to train stations and airport connections. Underground line 2 (green) to Porta Genova station + tram line 10 to Piazza XXIV Maggio, then walk 150 metres.

Underground line 2 connects directly with Stazione Centrale, Stazione Cadorna and Stazione Garibaldi.

Horrible place to stay: noisy, messy & uncomfortable

-- Noisy neighbors upstairs.. we didn’t sleep at all the night we stayed. The host knows how bad it's, and has already put earbuds by the bed.. but it doesn't help since the neighbor right above the MB doesn't sleep at all.. banging and noise is CRAZY. — Super uncomfortable spring mattress that gives you back pain… my wife was reeling from side to side the whole night. No indication of that in the profile. :( — Entry way full of unpleasant trash and 3 sets of stairs to go up & 3 DOORS to unlock/lock REMOTELY every time.. the website was DOWN half the time.. Akhhhh! I’d call the lady every other time when I was stuck.... again, the host has hidden this fact and you don't know until you land and see the SURPRISE yourself.

Work in progress- has potential

This apartment could be cute- if it was clean, if it had a functioning kitchen (with better quality pots), if it didn't flood the floor when you turn the airco on (and turn off the hot water heater because both can't be on at the same time), if the mattress springs didn't poke. Property management was not communicative with me, but improved once my husband started communicating with them. Place is not easy to find and if you don't have wifi (on an international phone plan) impossible to access. It is all electronic with links on your phone. There is no real outdoor space, it is the outside corridor. The washing machine, for those who can't find it either, is in the shed on the corner of the outside corridor. Previous reviews mentioned the noise from the restaurants and bars, which is there but is expected if you book in this lively neighborhood. It didn't bother us, but it does go to late at night/early morning. The couch is comfortable, and someone has made an effort with some decorations and the color scheme. We liked the location. Even though not a private space, we enjoyed sitting in the corridor at night.
