"When we reached the hotel the owner told us that they do not have our reservation but to help us they can put us in another hotel somewhere else. The hotel where they brough us is very bad, there were only 3 beds for 4 guests. Ad the worst part of it is that even if they did not have our reservation they kept the money :-). They refused to reimburse us even a part of the price. We paid a lot for a suite with Jacuzzi and we ended up in a very small room with nothing. For the same exhorbitant...

"What a great property, amazing views and great customer service. Very responsive to messages and make sure your stay is comfortable and treated well. Arranged car services and made recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The view is the selling point, the sunsets are breathtaking. Close to bus stop and sea bus for transport to Old Town Mykonos. Be prepared for a hard walk up a steep hill or a €20 ride. "

"We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, so we can’t comment on the others. The cleanliness was good, both in the rooms and the linens, which were very clean. However, the photos don’t reflect the actual space: the entrance has only one small window overlooking a rather dim alley (not as shown in the pictures), and the rest of the apartment feels extremely claustrophobic.
