Located in La Cala de Mijas, right next to Calanova golf, this amazing property provides guests with incredible views of the Mediterranean sea and a long list of communal amenities. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, providing ultimate comfort in a contemporary and inviting style.

Beginning with the heart of the apartment, guests will find a spacious and well equipped open plan kitchen. Providing all the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury rental property, the kitchen is perfect for those guests wishing to cook and entertain. A new water filtration system has also been attached in the kitchen, providing drinking water directly from the tap (great for the environment and also removes the need to buy bottled water). The kitchen opens to the dining area with seating for 8 guests. The living room is spacious and well furnished with 2 large sofas, smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and chillout sofa facing south and the amazing views visible from the terrace.



Large glass windows provide access onto the terrace, which is furnished with chillout seating and small gas firepit. The glass banister protecting the terrace allows guests uninterrupted views of the swimming pool below, the coastline and Sea!



The master bedroom provides a queen sized bed, beautiful furnishing and décor, a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), plenty of wardrobe space, and access to the ensuite bathroom with double wash basin and large walk-in shower. The 1st

guest bedroom has a large double bed, while the 2nd guest bedroom provides 2 single beds. The two bedrooms have access to their own bathrooms, both with walk-in showers.



The property has centralised A/C (hot and cold) throughout the property, and can be controlled in each room. The beautiful style and location of the apartment, paired with the impressive community amenities, makes it perfect for professional groups, families and golfers. Party groups are not permitted.

Fantastic accommodation

This was our second year at the apartment and it was great . The accommodation was of the highest standard and we would have no hesitation in booking again . The only small issue that we had was that the underground parking was very tight and we needed to manoeuvre around tight corners

Great Location, Excellent Accommodation

Could not fault the accommodation or Stayhost,s especially Rana who ensured that we were kept informed of all the requirements at all times. Communications was very good at all times description of the accommodation was as described. The only hiccup we had was the location of the lockbox which was resolved promptly by call the contact number. We would certainly be looking to use StayHost and this accommodation for our trip next year.
