Large Luxury Villa in Mijas Golf

Sleeping 18, superb 8/9 bedroom villa located with in the renown Mijas Golf Estate. The property has a good size swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, a sports bar and games room and BBQ. With its close proximity to many beach and town resorts, our villa offers all you require to enjoy a great holiday for both young and old alike.

The jacuzzi can be heated if required at an additional cost.

Large villa for golf trip

We rented this villa for a group of 7 playing golf, the location is perfect for the nearby courses. The villa is very dated compared to the pictures online. Many of the kitchen appliances are in need of replacement, there was lots of evidence of previous people who had stayed in the villa left in drawers etc,empty beer cans dirty laundry. One of the biggest issues however is the internet or lack of it,there wasn’t enough bandwidth to use Spotify. We messaged the owner via email and the app but received no reply

10 of us stayed here for 4 nights on a golf break. From booking to arriving everything was very smooth and whenever I had any questions Ken was always quick in replying back. We enjoyed the villa so much we have already booked for next year

Needs updating and cleaning, huge house, nice pool

The pictures of the house are outdated, there has been a fence around the pool for years and the garden is smaller than in the pictures. Outdoor furniture and umbrellas really need renewing, as well as inside.. good wardrobes where you can properly hang and stack your clothes, new garbage bins in the kitchen which have a lid and new beds, as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. The house is huge, but not enough chairs for the terrace or kitchen utensils (pans, pots, glasses, etc.)When we arrived the house was not cleaned properly (kitchen and bathrooms), and the garden was also not clean. We bought a new rack for the bbq because it was filthy. And an important thing.. it was very hot and there is functioning airconditioning in only 4 bedrooms and not in the other bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen. Lights in or near the pool would also be nice and a place in the garden where you could chill in the shade, some kind of loungeset. And some shade on the terrace, the sun is there practically all day. If you rent a house like this you would like to be more comfortable, this is not a luxurious house. We did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, these are really nice.

Stunning Villa in beautiful location

We have recently returned from our weeks stay. The villa is absolutely stunning with lots of space and amenities. The host Ken couldn’t be any more accommodating and any questions quickly answered. Overall the villa ticked every box for us as a family and we can’t wait to return

Good location, very big but needs upgrading

The property is huge with nice garden and pool area. There were a few areas where cleaning should have been better (under the rim of some of the toilets). Everything was functional but the kitchen in particular needs upgrading - very old appliances, pans with loose handles and crockery/cutlery that has clearly been there for years.

Family birthday

The stay was lovely, villa very spacious and accommodated are needs. The property isn’t very clean and tidy dusty and things left in drawers and cupboards. The pool had green stuff all over are swimming clothes we had to use the same swimming wear all week. The other disappointment was that there wasn't any local supermarket or small shop to get local amenities had to get taxis to shops everyday.

Amazing villa

The villa was much more than we expected, huge, fully equipped, everything you could need to have an amazing time. So much space & a great poll. The whole family had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend it to anyone

Highly recommended Villa on the Costa de Sol

The Villa was exactly as shown on the web site and the fact that 7 of us had our own bedroom was a real bonus. The 9th bedroom had 3 beds which would be ideal for young children rather than an adult. The five courses we played were all within about 10-12 miles so travelling was easy and we would certainly use this Villa again if the dates were available for our next trip. Fantastic venue for two families as they would have a wonderful time with a pool and a smaller one for children. The Games room with a pool table was also good fun. The only slight "downside" was the extremely steep entrance to get to park cars, so it is easier to park outside. The only other thing that I think might be improved would be the instructions as how to get to the villa in the first place! Nowadays everyone seems to have "smart phones" and I would suggest that If you put in "Villa Constantine Mijas Golf" a lovely lady will take you to the Property.Tony Mann

BUENA CASA. FALTA DE CUIDADOS. NECESITA REFORMA

La casa es grande y bonita pero está descuidada. La piscina no estaba limpia, el jardín no se regó en toda la semana y lleno de avispas. Piscina rodeada por una valla no coincide con foto. Urge renovación ropa de cama, vajilla y cojines. Necesaria reforma en baños y sustitución de mobiliario.

Wonderful villa for a family reunion

Wonderful villa with lots of space for large groups at a well maintained golf park. Great place for a family get together / reunion and a good location to pay a visit to several places of interest. Almost everything was perfect, except for the showers and toilets, which could use a complete refurbishment. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time here.

Séjour en famille . Beaucoup d'espace et de confort permettant une circulation aisée. Les unités familiales ont le choix entre intimité et réunions collectives Un tout petit bémol pour l'accès (entrée centrale) . cette villa n'est pas recommandée pour les personnes handicapées.

5 Star Villa 25 mins drive from Malaga

We had good communication with Ken and Site Manager JJ before we arrived late on Sunday 01st Sept. JJ was fantastic that he greeted us late at night 11.45pm. He was so helpful, and went out of his way to drive us to local shop for bread, milk, water, juices for next day. I with my wife and my new family, 14 of us and had a fabulous time. The 9 bedrooms allows us to have a bedroom each even singles in our party and spread across the Villa. Throughout stay JJ provided advice and any minor issues with property was fixed next day. Properly was well maintained, and perfect for us to sit and chill on the balcony, pool and jacuzzi. We cooked and chilled with few drinks as plenty of fridge (3 ) /freezers (2). Supermarket was local, 5-7 minutes drive. The Villa was ideal location to travel to Caminito Del Rey (1 hour 15 mins drive), Gibraltar & Rhonda (1.5 hours drive ), beaches (20 min , Marbella (30 mins) , Nerja 1 hour drive distant. This villa was well managed and JJ was extremely helpful. We were very happy we found this Villa and made our holiday a memorable & special occasion. Thanks Ken & JJ. Regards Sumant

Great large family villa

The villa was great. It could just do with some minor improvements. Pool was perfect. Kitchen great. Bedrooms and play room were also good. A lack of shade and good quality garden/veranda furniture were our only criticism. There was no shade on the master bedroom veranda and the longest were broken. The kitchen veranda needed some blinds for late afternoon. However on the whole this was a great villa for a large family gathering.

Fin ferie i rolige flotte omgivelser

Huset er stort, rummeligt og god til større selskaber. Godt hus til prisen, forvent ikke dansk luksus standard, det er mere spansk luksus. Huset er klassisk spansk med store mørke møbler og orange naturklinker på gulvet. Poolen er stor og god. Mange poolhåndklæder og liggestole samt mulighed for skygge, hvilket er dejligt. Internet virker bedst i stuen, som er rigtig hyggelig. Børnene holdte deres siesta fra solen der hver eftermiddag. Internet er ikke så hurtigt, men det gik alligevel. Nærmeste restaurant, italiensk, er 5 min væk. Super lækker mad. Ellers 10-15 min køretur til Fuengirola. JJ var utrolig hjælpsom undervejs! Kommunikation med udlejer var også rigtig god og hurtig. Utrolig flink. Da vi elsker at lave mad oplevede vi, at det var lidt svært med kun få køkkenknive, to spækbræt, tre skåle og en meget lille kulgrill. Men vi fandt ud af det alligevel :) der var masser af gryder. Et par små ting som kunne forbedres: Dem der var før os havde desværre efterladt en del af servicen og ovnene beskidt, hvilket var ulækkert. Det kunne være godt, at rengøringen tjekkede sådanne ting og sendte regningen videre til dem der ikke har gjort ordentlig rent. Huset trænger også til et par nye skraldespande med låg på. Alt i alt en fin ferie i et stort hus med en god pool og som ligger flot og godt tæt på byen, husk dog at leje bil. God ferie til prisen.

FANTASTIC

Myself and 9 other ladies have just returned from a 5 day Hen Do at the villa. The photos truly do not do it justice, it is massive and amazing. Ken the owner responds to all communications promptly and is keen to help. JJ is your point of contact whilst staying at the villa and can't do enough to help, such a lovely man. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to get out and about but taxis are cheap enough. I can't recommend this Villa enough

Todo muy bien

Pasamos parte de las Navidades en la casa. El alojamiento es cómodo y muy agradable. Nos permitió disfrutar de las fiestas sin tener problemas de espacio.
