Located on the seventh floor with a lift, it offers beautiful views of the communal garden and the sea, creating an ideal setting for a relaxed breakfast or lunch.



The studio is part of a beautiful community with extensive gardens, children's areas and several swimming pools, in addition to direct access to the beach and the coastal path where you will find a varied gastronomic offer. Parking is within the community, without numbered or assigned spaces.



With 35 m² furnished with taste and modern style, the space integrates living-dining room, American kitchen and rest area with a comfortable double bed. It has air conditioning, heat pump heating, wifi internet, Smart TV, fan, washing machine, dryer and iron, ensuring a comfortable and functional stay. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, utensils and coffee maker so you can easily prepare your meals.



Located just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Playas de Calahonda and close to bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants, the studio is surrounded by leisure and nature options: natural parks, golf courses, water parks and important cities such as Marbella and Fuengirola just a few kilometres away.
