20 years on the place was a good as it was then. Excellent staff, food and facilities. And of cause the spectacular views of the water hole and animals.

I would try a different hotel next time
We stayed in the tent, however I think it was not comfortable with so many zippers, and there is no key. The beds and the bathroom were fine, but it was cold at night. The hotel is ok, although there was loud music until almost midnight and noisy people walking around at late night, which probably ...

We had a great time at the resort. The staff were very courteous and friendly and welcoming. We definitely would like to visit again. The only downside is the road to the property was very treacherous and difficult to get to. It could use some work.
