"The house came with everything you would need. Stove, pots, pans, toilet paper, washer/dryer, extra blankets, sheets and towels. Good Wi-Fi signal with multiple devices. The house wasn't to far away from anything."

"Property located directly on the lake with paddle boards and kayaks , truly amazing . Peaceful and quiet neighborhood . It really accommodated to all ages , was able to fish , enjoy the lake , plenty of space , and my 8 year old son absolutely loved the swing . I have all great things to say about this home and would for sure stay here again and recommend to others . "

"This property is just as pictured. It is so clean and comfortable. The deck overlooking the lake was peaceful and relaxing for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The location is perfect!! Close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Check in was simple with a keypad entry. The kitchen had nice appliances and amenities that made cooking a meal feel like home. I highly recommend this property and Marie was absolutely wonderful to communicate with as well. Thank you for a great weekend!"

"This condo is all it says it is!! Clean, beautiful, quiet and perfect for a couple! My husband said this condo has the best views we've had in our many trips to Hot Springs and I agree!"

"Great property! Everything was so clean and the owner had so much extra things for us to use, life jackets, floats, fishing poles, even air pumps to blow up floats. A lot of thought was put it to make the stay very comfortable and easy on us. This part of the lake was also very peaceful my kids had this whole section all to themselves 1 day! "

"We enjoyed our stay in this charming home. Convenient location yet safely tucked away. We definitely liked that it was a nice short walk to a local restaurant with good food. Loved watching the geese swimming in the water off the dock in the back yard. Thanks so much for having us!"

"My family enjoyed our stay here. There was ample space for everyone to spread out. The walk down to the boat dock is a little lengthy, but totally worth it."

"House was super clean and comfortable ! Located just a mile from all the action on downtown Hot Springs ! Nice little kolache/donut shop right across the street! Parking in the street was convenient and nicely lite by street light. There was however a car show and those people were driving up and down the street until about 3am ! I’m sure they enjoyed theirselves ! All and all great location and wonderful clean house ! "

"We had a large family gathering and the house worked extremely well for five adult couples and lots of kids ages 13 yrs to 6 mo's old. Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate each family's busiest time of day. The indoor recreation area was great for kids and adults to catch a break from the heat.Kitchen and appliances all functioned correctly and there were three additional mini fridges for additional items. Kids found the pool, mini golf and splash pad great entertainment and utilized the outdoor...
