"Crown Inn was a nice low budget hotel. The room was clean and attractive, nice bathroom. It was quiet and in a good area, I felt safe there. The gentleman that checked us in was polite and efficient. And the price was reasonable."

"Our room seemed clean except for the floor. It felt sticky and my sock feet got dirty walking around in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was skimpy, but the worst thing was how small the eating area was. There was a sign that said it was forbidden to take your breakfast back to your room. What are you supposed to do when there is nowhere to sit? Considering the reasonable cost, we were happy enough there."

"The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean."

"The first room I put in was dirty wallpaper peeling off the wall. The second room I was put in was dirty. The microwave broke and had to be destroyed to get my food out. The tub didn’t work. I had to put a weight on it to hold the water in and that didn’t work. My key card had to be redone five times cause it wouldn’t work carpets weren’t vacuumed. Everything was dusty the continental breakfast that they supposedly had was two different kinds of cereal and four danishes. I was terribly not...

"The hotel halls STUNK every time we came in and out of our room. Luckily it didn't come in the room... but it was terrible. The bed frames were an absolute joke. It rocked and wiggled and slid even when my 2 and 5 year olds would roll over in their sleep. By the end of the 2 days the beds were no where near where they had started when we checked in.
There were only 2 sets of towels in our room for 4 people.
The grout needs to be redone in the bathroom.
Just not what I expected for a hotel...

"Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the
Vent. "

"The only reason I assessed this hotel as OK is because it is priced reasonably low and we had a comfortable night sleep. It took 90 minutes to change the batteries of the smoke detector in our room, which was chirping. The outside property is not well kept. We stayed at this hotel because the location was favorable and they accepted pets, though they apparently changed that policy since the time I made the reservation. It will do for a night's stay if you don't want to spend much, but we won't...

The couple two times my husband been staying at this hotel breakfast is not serve. He has noticed everytime the hotel is full they always cancel breakfast. He usually stays in this hotel because of work being close by and they provide free breakfast. I feel is a bad service not providing breakfast when they have free breakfast when you booked the hotel.
