"Very clean and nicely done property. Very close to college. There’s a hot tub which is a nice addition but I wasn’t able to utilize. I just ran out of time. I love that I could bring my dog and there’s a nice fenced in area to let him play while I was unloading and loading the car. Couldn’t ask for a much better place. I’ll definitely stay here again."

"The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break.
