Delightful, Charming, Oversized 2 bedroom 2 bath Cottage!

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful, spacious one level cottage close to the beaches and vibrant downtown Newport! VALUE PRICING! A perfect family/friend share as the bedrooms are located on opposite spots in the cottage with bathrooms right outside of each bedroom. The king size bedroom is sun filled and large. In addition to the king size bed, we have added a fold down sleeper sofa for extra seeping space, if needed. A bathroom adjoins this bedroom. The second bedroom is a queen size and sunny! Right outside of this bed room is another bathroom. (the laundry is located in this bathroom) The charming coastal blue kitchen opens up to the living room which has a very mid century vibe to it. There is service for 6 guests and the kitchen is stocked with spices, sugar, coffee and tea. French doors lead from this room into the dining room which is a great space if there is remote work that is needed. Sliders lead off of the living room onto a peaceful deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. There is also a large grass/yard area and is very relaxing out there! You are minutes from downtown Newport and the beaches, yet in a secluded, peaceful setting to enjoy when looking to relax and unwind. Plenty of birds chirping in the morning! AC mini splits located in the bedrooms and parking for 2 cars. Pets welcome!

Cottage was clean and well-maintained. Uneven flooring between kitchen and spare bedroom could be a hazard. Suggestion for improved guest experience - bath towels for adult-sized people. We did enjoy our stay here.

Perfect!

We were in town for a weekend for a wedding in Newport. This rental was perfect. A short drive to the much pricier Newport. The cottage is adorable and perfect for 2 couples. The beach at the bottom of the street is beautiful. The place was exceptionally clean. Also really nicely equipped if we had been staying longer.

Perfect location near Pebble Beach

We stayed for a week in July, 3 adults/2 dogs, and had a wonderful time. We walked to Pebble Beach often with the dogs (it's not a swimming beach and you need good shoes for it) and loved the location. The house was in a quiet, gorgeous residential neighborhood, just a short drive to the swimming beaches. The house was the perfect size for us. We loved the decor and the layout of the house. We had a couple of issues which Lisa resolved quickly and efficiently. We made a couple of suggestions to her for the future renters and she took care of it immediately. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location! Adorable cottage in a quiet neighborhood that is near the beach, golf course, walking trails, winery and Sweet Berry Farm. Short ride to all that Newport has to offer!

Clean, Chic, and Cared For Cottage

This is a wonderful get away cottage with privacy and a beautiful setting. The cottage has great style and is well cared for which creates a comfortable cozy feeling. The property manager was great and took care of our questions. We really like the dog friendly welcoming as well.

A Perfect Winter ( or Anytime!) Retreat

So Clean and Even More Comfortable than the Pictures Indicated! I felt immediately at home!! The Layout of the Cottage is Perfect with the Bedrooms and Baths affording Privacy and the Lovely Dining Room such a sweet surprise in the sunshine and openness of the room! The little deck, too, opening off the Living Room affords easy access to outside! The Owner has thought of everything as far as I could see! I especially liked the room in the kitchen for any and all groceries that you bring with you - Kudos on great storage all around the Home! The Cottage is in a little conclave of other cottages and homes but you have your parking & privacy the way the homes are set up! The Neighborhood is Perfect for walking and catching a glimpse of the Ocean! I can't wait to go back!
