Sweet and darling 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage spanning one level with an adorable outside Parisian inspired patio with twinkle lights, seating, and gas grill. This darling cottage packs a punch with it's modern, white kitchen and charming thoughtful layout. A stylish, queen size bedroom with closet space leads right off of the living room area and the opposite bedroom is furnished with a full size bed with a twin trundle pull out if needed. You will also find a desk in this room if remote work is needed. This cottage is such a delight and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Location quiet, peaceful and close to beach while still being near downtown Newport. Pets OK with fee! Laundry! AC mini splits in bedrooms! Parking for 2 cars

Delightful!

Perfect spot and a darling cottage with beautiful landscaping just a little walk down to the beach. We would love to stay here again. They weren’t quite ready for us when we arrived, but the manager was very responsive and got it sorted quickly. Thank you!

Middletown

We usually visit the Newport area once a year since 2000. The cottage, by far, is the nicest place we stayed at. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and the location great. If we had any questions, Lisa answered quickly. Looking forward to coming back again.

Wonderful stay in Rhode Island

We had a very pleasant stay for a week. Very close to Newport , short drive to see all the attractions and then a quiet home to return to at night. Would stay again and recommend to others

Perfect quiet ocean retreat

Lisa, we had the best time! We had everything we needed! So private, our little Chihuahua loved it too. The walk to Pebble Beach was just the right distance for us since we’re in our seventies. And perfect for our dog. Thank you so much for everything!

Wish we lived here!

This cottage was the perfect size for two of us! (it could have fit more).We spent very little time at the actual house but it was so comfortable and relaxing. We spent years staying closer to downtown newport and after this visit, i'll never go back! Bike ride distance to peabody and third beach, Beautiful houses and great pet friendly neighborhood! Every morning we walked to pebble beach and fished and read- really definition of slow living! Lisa was great and house was decorated nicely! If I could change anything it would be the bathroom but it is 100% beach cottage living with a kick! Thank you for your hospitality and sharing a slice of heaven -

Cute cottage!

This place was so cute and well maintained. It is down a beautiful tree lined road, off the beaten path. It’s nestled in a very pretty area similar to a cul de sac of lawn but still very private. The shower is a bit finicky, but it was a lovely peaceful place, highly recommend.

Super Cozy, Immaculate Home!

Cannot say enough about our stay. The host is fantastic and so kind. Check in was so simple. We needed a home away for a number of weeks so I was hoping to be comfortable during a long stay. This rental was exactly as hoped, incredibly cozy, private and peaceful, beautifully decorated, and just immaculate. Would definitely stay again!!

The perfect little home in a quiet country

Everything was great. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The home was very comfortable and clean. I will definitely try to stay here again. Grew up on the island and try to come back home as often as I can.

Little Hidden Gem

A great find for a weekend occasion...very clean and quiet with plenty of property for our dog to enjoy. Perfect for couple with 1 or 2 children but only one bath so be ready to share. Nice kitchen with 2 bedrooms and full laundry. Easy access with keypad and close to beaches as well as downtown Newport. Good rate but high cleaning fee with pet fee. Perf
