The waffles were great! My issue was with the slow drain in the shower. By the 2nd day you were standing in a tub full of water. It was gross."

"I must say I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was very friendly upon checking in and throughout my stay. Room was clean well equipped if you plan on staying multiple days. I wasn’t very hungry but decided to go to breakfast anyway and I’m glad I did. They had grits, eggs, sausage, cereal, and waffles and more! Definitely a 10/10 "

"I think the rooms could use remodeling. The hole in the sink was extremely dirty, the skirt for the mattress was stained, the lobby had a weird stench, my ac made an extremely loud whining noise to where as I had to knock it with my hand to quiet it down and the room didn't smell fresh upon entry. The curtain was also extremely old and long so if I closed the curtain for black out, it would block the ac unit. The ac unit was very rusted at the bottom and stains on the wall and ceiling. "This property was excellent all the way from the outside location, staff, room etc. the only thing I would ask is that there would be a microwave in the room. The beds are a little rough in that they are hard as a rock. Had a very pleasant stay with our grandson who is a student at the Citadel. We will be returning often for his last two years."

"Our room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The A/C in the room was on when we arrived I turned it to a lower temp that we were comfortable with. When I was finished with my shower the room was at the lower temperature. The staff that we came in touch with were amazing. Kind and friendly and always willing to help in any way."

"I don't know about pets. The airport shuttle was easily found. Sunday night when I was returning my rental car to the airport they did not have a shuttle running so they volunteered a Lyft ride which made everything very easy."
