"The house was clean (spotless) and everything was as advertised and welcoming. The 3-bedroom was plenty for my family and the beds were comfortable. John was easy to communicate with as well. We just stayed the night this time but if needed we'll definitely consider renting from him again."

"Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. The house does have the amount of beds to sleep the listed amount of guests. The place would benefit from having enough bath towels for the number of guests it can accommodate. I took my own towels after reviewing a previous post. Extra toilet paper and plenty of hand soap in bathrooms would be nice as well. The other recommendation would be more chairs to eat at a table...

"We only stayed one night but our stay was pleasant and quiet. Plenty of room for dogs to run around. I messaged the host to ask if the main gate could be closed to keep my dogs contained. Within minutes the gate was closed and we were throwing frisbee. I miss watching lighting bugs in the dark and that brought back a lot of memories. I would stay here again."

"We booked for 2 adults and 5 children. Only one of our children was short enough to sleep on the couch that was advertised as being the 7th place to sleep. It is not long enough or wide enough to accommodate most full size adults (back cushions are sewn on and can't be removed). "I loved everything about this place. It was close to where I needed to be. It had amenities close by (Harrogate and Middlesboro nearby) and it is in a sweet town.
It is on a second floor with no elevator but thankfully I only had a backpack and a purse to bring in. I did not use the shower nor washer and dryer.
