  • Beautiful house 5 minutes from Fleming Island. Quiet, well kept neighborhood. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Fully remodeled with new flooring, modern kitchen, fresh paint and fast wifi. Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room. Fully fenced backyard. Dog friendly. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. There is a Ring camera at the front door entrance on the exterior of the house for guest safety.

I would definitely recommend this property. We stayed here while visiting family in the area after being unable to find hotel accommodations, and it worked out perfectly. The home was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and wonderful house. Spacious rooms and comfortable couches. Excellent communication with owners. Excellent for wedding stay with our our 2 adult boys and teenage daughter.

Weekend getaway

Perfectly located in the middle of my weekend plans. The hosts are very communicative. Next time I will bring our chocolate lab baby! Back yard is secured!

Weekend Getaway

After a long trip driving to Florida, it was great to stay in a beautiful, clean, home in a peaceful neighborhood. Communicating was awesome with the owners and everything we needed was provided. If we're ever in the neighborhood again, we would love to stay there again. Thumbs up!!

All the makings...

Great wedding with all the makings of a hit movie! Action, drama, romance, location, & controversy! We had a great time in GCS. What a cool little town. Saw some deer on Old Hard Road on the way home. Your house was perfect for us and thank you for having it available.

The house is conveniently located with 2 beds per room which was nice for those who have extras staying with them. TV's in all the bedrooms which for my family is a must! BIG fenced in backyard for the dogs which was awesome and the place is pet-friendly. There are lots of restaurants/shops nearby and plenty of parking. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. While we didn't intend to cook meals at the house, the kitchen had the basics so if you plan to cook meals check with the host to ensure it has what you need. They're very responsive and accommodating.
