"The room smelled of pot, “horrible skunk smell”, sheets were dirty on the bed. They did not have a room available to move us. The front desk employee did all he could for us but we had to pay for a dirty stinky room. Very disappointed as we went by your ratings on this hotel when choosing a place to stay. "

"Unsafe and shady people staying at this hotel. Owner does not take responsibility for the unsafe people that are long time staying guests. The room we got was marinated and weed smoke smell. It was a non smoking room. When I told the owner the room reeks of weed and cigarette smoke. His response, was "thats not my fault, it's the guy that has been staying here for a long time in the room nextdoor." The owner did not offer a different room and refuse to give me a refund."

"False advertising. The rooms are not suites. They call them suites because the rooms can connect, but their rooms do not have a separate door to the bedroom. Room doesn’t come with coffee machine, you have to ask for it. Everyone in the hotel is expected to use 2 automatic coffee machines in the lobby that take a while to work. "

"the whole building had a bad smell. The hallways were dirty. My sheets had stains. My blanket had burn marks. There was no fresh fruit or fruit juice. "

"Hall smelled as soon as we got off the elevator like some one had just smoked. The smell stayed all through the night and in to the next morning. We had to put a towel at the bottom of our door to keep the smell out. Room was not very clean. "

"3 day stay and tried to leave after 1 night. never found hot coffee. my room didn't have Wi-Fi, tv didnt work, 60% of the lights didnt work, no shampoo, shower head was barely hanging on, beds sheets dirty. After accepting all the bs, i only cared about the wife as it was a work stay. I felt threatened by the staff for asking. I was never able to get Wi-Fi and asked two days in a row when asking, and recorded for my safety, the manager took the phone from the front desk and went in the office...
