"We had a fantastic stay at this property! For the first time ever, the place actually felt larger than it looked in the photos. That was such a pleasant surprise. "This is a great whole home property that offers a lot of easy trip options. There is a super cute small downtown that is a good spot for breakfast / shopping. There is a grocery store super close to the house and the kitchen is well equipped for any meal. The home has no AC but did provide fans. "Lovely apartment overlooking salt water bay. Interior was spotless and well appointed. Houseplants were well maintained. "Lived in Mahone Bay for a while in 1981. Still such a picturesque town and beautiful coastline to explore.The lovely unit of Pam and David’s was clean, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, short walk to the main town. Private and elegant, parking, good Wifi, felt like home. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights."

"A week at the Hilltop Retreat was great…a month would have been better. This quaint little cottage provided a cozy but plentiful space for our family of four. We enjoyed the large, open yard, with plenty of room for outdoor activities, and the beautiful ocean view while sitting and drinking coffee every morning. We made great use of the golf clubs, kayaks and bicycles. The cottage provided a great base for us while we explored the south shore. We hope to visit again very soon!"

"This property exceeded our expectations, offering a completely private setting, spotless cleanliness, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. "Very nice property, well maintained with all amenities. Superb view of the bay, and don’t miss the Gaff point trail."

"This is a great place to stay in Lunenburg- a short walk to the harbour and the Fisheries Museum and right across the street from a school (great place for kids to play). Check in was easy and the home is cute and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a BBQ on the deck. The beds were comfy and the laundry facilities were full size. The home is bright and feels spacious and the private deck is a quiet and peaceful spot to relax. We would love to go back."

"This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake, very peaceful and relaxing! It is a good location for day trips to Lunenberg and the coast, and Kejimkujik NP. Well equipped kitchen (be sure to get groceries before arriving as limited stores nearby). Two canoes made for a fun day of paddling around the lake from island to island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
