"We stayed in a tiny houss that was well equipped. Upon checking in we met Henry who works on the property. He was great, helped us get settled and answered all our questions. The site is on the Hudson and has nice views. The onsite restaurant was great too! Shout out to Rachel behind the bar and Matt our waiter."

"Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! "

"Fishing was great, sm mouth bass here with beautiful flat rocks that made it easy to get around. The surroundings were awsome with views of remnants of an old paper mill right across the river. You can watch tubers come down sacandaga river where it meets hudson river. When tide is low safe to swim definitely able to dip in pockest to get wet. Too cold still. "To say this stay was perfect would seem exaggerated to some but to me it seems it doesn’t to it justice! Choosing the cabin as a first time “off-grid” goer was a bit intimidating but with WiFi a few walks away and the views made me forget about that. The hot shower and the bathroom steps away was exceptional to offer on this type of getaway. To be in this privacy of a property with this type of view is something you don’t just get to experience so easily, I know this because I have been to many...

"I liked it very much, the house was very nice and nicely decorated. Everything was there even washer and dryer. The view was so excellent and if it was warmer weather would have enjoyed sitting on deck overlooking the water. Location great, near markets, etc. I would rent again. Jan"

"This was exactly what we were looking for! We were attending a wedding at a hotel downtown which was only 15 minutes away. This was the perfect place to unwind for quiet time after the large party. While it did rain the whole weekend, we enjoyed the wood stove, generous smores kit left by the hosts & our dog enjoyed a few treats that were left as well. The cabin was spotlessly clean & host was very informative beforehand so there wasnt much we needed during our stay. This is the perfect getaway...

"My friends and I visited Saratoga for our 25th year college reunion. We thought to stay on campus, but changed our minds, and I’m so glad we did! It poured the weekend we were there. When it got too wet on campus, we retreated to this lovely home to snuggle under the couch blankets and play the Scrabble game and guitar that were provided. "We went up for an extended weekend, and the photos of this place did not do it justice!! The view from the home was absolutely beautiful! My wife and friends were beyond pleased with this great find!! If you have the opportunity to rent this place, I would suggest you do!! Peaceful and quiet and again the view is beautiful!"
