"Booking this cottage was a great choice for a much needed weekend getaway.Cottage is perfectly located with a spectacular ocean view.Very clean inside and out.The cottage is situated on a very peaceful setting.My communication with the owner was also very good with prompt responses to all my questions..We will definitely be returning to this property probably sooner than later."

"Homesteader Lodge is a beautiful property and home, directly on the lake. We loved that it was pet-friendly too!The house had everything we needed, including a wonderful hot tub, just off of the screened in porch. It was too cool for us to use the porch but it would be lovely in warmer weather. The beds were very comfortable and the house was exactly as pictured. Bathrooms were clean, with plenty of hot water. "The entire experience from the start to the end was very well done. Easy communication, easy arrival andbwell laid out space inside that was decorated in a modern layout with nautical feel. Very comfortable bed, great water pressure, excellent kitchen and family room area. Had everything you needed for your stay, and even some things we hadn't even thought of. Well done you two!"

"The cottage was the perfect place for our small team to set up a 'home base' while working in the area. The location was perfect, the cottage was clean and well kept. The host was great, very responsive, and even checked in on us during a passing tropical storm to ensure everything was ok. I would highly recommend!"
