Superb newly built villa with 3 bedrooms, located close to the dunes and the beach, between Middelkerke and Nieuwpoort. The house enjoys beautiful open spaces with large windows that create an abundance of light and overlook the sunny garden with terrace, which is fully fenced and equipped with terrace furniture. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with open kitchen, an entrance hall with toilet and a storage room. Wheelchair users are also welcome here because 1 of the 3 bedrooms (with double bed), as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower, is located on the first floor. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Moreover, the house has a private parking space located near the house. The ideal vacation home if you love luxury, tranquility and space equipped with all comforts (wifi, digital television, air conditioning, ...)  Wifi: yes - parking: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
