  • Stay in this beautifully maintained original 1976 mid-century view home overlooking the Snake River, where space, comfort, and privacy set this property apart. With expansive river views—including the iconic Swallows Nest Rock—you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting just steps from the bike path and easy river access.



    This spacious 5-bedroom home is thoughtfully designed so guests never feel crowded. Each bedroom is generously sized, giving everyone room to relax and unwind.

We planned a last minute trip and there were hardly any choices of homes left, so I picked this one, and it was absolutely spectacular! We have rented vacation homes many times over the years, and this house, the view, was so beautiful, and accommodating, it really impressed me how clean and well kept, someone obviously loves their home and takes much pride in it. We cannot wait to book another stay, what a perfect vacation

Our volleyball team stayed here for a tournament at LC State. The home is beautiful, clean, and easily accommodated our entire team. The host went above and beyond when a power outage happened, bringing us flashlights, and even provided pizza for the team when we couldn’t prepare dinner that night. Check in was a breeze and the host checked in regularly through messaging to make sure we had everything we needed. When one of my players left a personal belonging behind she promptly sent it FedEx and we received it the next day! We hope to book again next year!

We loved this home. The king beds are a great touch. They were comfortable and clean. The large tvs were smart and had the apps we were looking for to be able to watch the World Cup and nba finals. The view is gorgeous with the Snake river flowing by. My kids and I enjoyed feeding and petting the goats pastured on property. The kitchen had everything we needed. We even played croquet. Highly recommend.

This rental property was nothing short of wonderful! The grounds are gorgeous with peonies everywhere! The space just feels like home away from home. The host was very attentive to our needs and extremely accommodating. It has everything you could possibly want. Hot tub, ping pong table, kitchen full of all serving dishes, pans, pots and basically anything you would need to make a meal, gorgeous views of the river and hills etc. Lots of spaces to sit, relax and visit. We will definitely be booking this house again. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Nothing like this one in the area.

Great hosts and great views

The house was beautiful and so great to stay in. The views were stunning and the 70’s decor gave it an amazing touch. Ken and Janine were easy to communicate with and very caring. We enjoyed every minute of our time spent there

This is a special house with a lot of charm and character. It’s clearly been well taken care of.Easy access to Lewiston and Clarkston, beautiful river views, clean, and comfy beds! It felt just like being at home. We will be back!

Perfect for our get together

This house is a great location to access the fishing in the Asotin area. The home is roomy and comfortable. Yes it’s dated but so are we. Myself and my family will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Asotin River House

Very comfortable stay with well equipped kitchen. Great views of the Snake River and surrounding hills.Get ready for vintage 1970’s. Comfortably accommodating 8 adults. Ping pong table and 2 large screen TV’s were appreciated. Owners responded quickly to inquiries.

Excellent experience

We had a bunch of family come into town for a fishing trip, so we needed a large place to accommodate everyone. This property was close to where we needed to be and plenty big enough to house everyone! It was a home away from home, extremely comfortable and beautiful. The host was very responsive and kind!

Our stay at this VRBO was exceptional! The house is clearly a cherished family home, and is in absolutely gorgeous condition. The cleanliness of the home is impeccable. You can feel the love and care that's been put into every detail. The owners are amazing – welcoming, and helpful. We will be back every year!

Beautiful view and amazingly well kept place.

we had a great stay, the house was set up perfectly for our group of 10. We found a beautiful sand bar across the road for swimming. The view of the mighty snake river is truly amazing from any location in the house. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We are all coming back next year!

Great Place to Stay!

This is a beautiful property that is very well equip. You feel like your back in the 1970's, but everything works great. The owner is great with communicating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a big group.

Lewiston tournament house

Absolutely awesome. Handled 12 players and three coaches exceptionally well. We could not have asked or expected anything more. Our host communicated throughout the process and made for a great experience! We hope to be back!

Stunning location with amazing view

We came to celebrate m wifes Brohers 50th wedding anniversary. Family came in from Texas as well as around Idaho. We have stayed in lots of properties. This one hands down is everything you nee. It is fully stocked with great dishes pots and pans utensils. Oh now the 4 king sizebeds are absolutely very comfortable. Next family get together up there we will be looking for this amazing. Place.

FABULOUS in EVERY WAY!

We are all experienced travelers and have stayed at VRBO'S all over the world. If you read ALL the ammenities including the 47 extras and the notes, they are ALL the best quality from the fully equipped kitchen with sharp knives, paper products, 2 coffee makers, to the high end mattresses, the excellent view and location. We were all 100% overjoyed with our stay, as the value was worth every penny. We can also recommend the SNAKE RIVER ADVENTURES river boat ride through Hell's Canyon.

Excellent property with the most amazing hosts! They’ve thought of everything. Well stocked with plenty of thick towels and lush high quality bedding on every spacious bed. Large pantry full of dishes to serve meals to a crowd. Kitchen has most small appliances which make a stay with a large group easier. Paper towels and tissues were available every where we turned, closets have plenty of hangers. Lots of unique seating areas even when you need a few minutes away from the group. Hot tub was spotless. Towels provided in the spa gazebo attached to home. Games in cabinets above the desk. Only one step to access the home which made it possible to stay there with our handicapped mother but no beds on main level will accommodate a disabled person as is (although they are comfortably high for tall adults!!) We loved the easy access to the walking trail along the river and the ability to use the space as a gathering place for our family gathering for a wedding in nearby Lewiston. Janine & Ken were the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. They take impeccable care of this family home full of treasures which take you back to life in the 70’s & 80’s but could be new with how well they’ve been preserved. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly!!!
