"Quirky but classy old school hotel "

"The hotel is in the Scandi style making it minimalist, chique, warm and homely. The staff are friendly, speak excellent English and are very welcoming. Puro Hotel Stare Miastro is very clean but that is no surprise as all of Warsaw and the rest of Poland is immaculate. The hotel has 'Mund' restaurant on its ground floor and breakfast is offered a la carte (off the menu) with supplementary breads, spreads and pastries. The menu is varied and having it cooked for you adds a further layer of luxury...

"Beautiful suite located right in the heart of old town. The suite is spacious with high ceilings and well equipped. Check in and out was very easy. Since its location the old town, cars are not allowed so you must be able to carry your baggage through the cobble stone streets and up the stairs to the suite. This is the only downside to staying in old town. "

"Room: Rooms are a nice design. Beds are comfortable but pillows are cheap and thin. Bathrooms have nice showers. Location: well-situated for transport and access to the sights. We stayed weekdays and it was fine but I think a weekend night could be very noisy. Why a 3* rating? I booked on Expedia, entering my children’s ages, and booked a room that said “Sleeps 3”. "Our apartment was quite charming with high ceilings and architectural details. It was a 2bedroom, 2 bath, advertised for 9 people. It was very comfortable for 5, but I think it’d be tight for 9. The staff was very accommodating to our requests and friendly, but in some areas cleaning was a bit superficial.
